Kaiser Patients
We have discounts available for Patients with Kaiser insurance! Many Kaiser facilities (Santa Rosa, Petaluma, San Rafael) do not have a Fertility Specialist on staff. Keeping fertility treatments simple, effective and affordable is always a primary goal at Advanced Fertility Associates. Thus we have started a program to offer Kaiser Patients treatment right here in Santa Rosa.
Financial Information and Discount Programs
We realize that fertility treatment is costly. We strive to make treatment affordable to all patients. If you have a financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to apply for one of our many discount programs. You can download the application here: Discount Application or call the office to have one mailed to you. The committee meets twice a month and offers awards of $500 to $7000 off of an IVF cycle.
Donated Embryos
Our high pregnancy rates from IVF mean that we have a SURPLUS of frozen embryos. Many of our grateful patients want to give other couples the chance to have the baby of their dreams too! So they have donated the embryos to us to pass on to others!
